ICC Melbourne worship service employs a Reformed Contemporary worship style that harmonizes the most salient features of the traditional and contemporary church to magnify the gospel of Christ. On the one hand, the service is like a traditional church with a liturgy that is rich and meaningful, but not irrelevant and dry; on the other, it is like a contemporary church with full-band music that is dynamic and uplifting, but not shallow and irreverent.

Ministry Team
Professor Sen Sendjaya
Sen (and his wife, Ly Fie) planted ICC Melbourne in April 2005, and serves as the Lead Pastor until present time on a voluntary basis, preaching expository sermons most Sundays. His day job is a full and tenured professor in Leadership at a university in Melbourne. Sen is the Director of International Ministries at Scots’ Church overseeing ICC Melbourne.
Apart from his university research and teaching, Sen also speaks, trains, and consults with leaders in the church, corporate, school, and nonprofit contexts in Australia and elsewhere. He is the author of Leadership Reformed (2020) and Personal and Organizational Excellence through Servant Leadership (2015), among others.

Rev Christian Tirtha
Although he grew up in Bandung, Indonesia, Christian has spent most of his adult life in Melbourne. He joined the Indonesian Christian Church as their part-time youth pastor, and was later ordained as their minister in 2015, after completing his training at the Presbyterian Theological College. He loves teaching and sharing about who Jesus Christ is and how he is ever relevant to our lives today. Christian is married to Milka and blessed with 3 children.
